I joined PPC back in 2010 as a Die Setter from the UK. The company sponsored me which allowed me to settle down in Australia permanently. Since then they’ve also funded my Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management. A lot has changed for me since 2010. I’ve had the opportunity to work as a Process Improvement Technician, focusing on our automation and robotics. Now I’m the Technical Manager and oversee all our Die Setters, Trade Assistants and Apprentices. It’s a lot of work, but we have fun.

I’ve had an incredible journey with PPC over the past 15 years. Starting as an Operator, I've had the privilege to progress to the role of Supervisor, leading a dedicated team of 50+ people on the medical side of our business. Alongside my growth within the company, I've also had the opportunity to travel for work, expanding my skills and perspectives. PPC has truly invested in me over the years and I am proud to be part of the family.

My journey with PPC began through C&C Plastics & Toolmaking being acquired by the business. Everyone at the Villawood site was very welcoming and we quickly formed one team. I started my career as a Die Setter but over time have gotten off the tools . Currently I am leading the production on the commercial side of our business. Although its manufacturing, things move quickly and no two days are the same. I’m looking forward to see what my future brings at PPC.

Administration Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative Officer. This position will initially cover a maternity leave position but will transition into a permanent role due to our business’s ongoing growth and expansion. If you are experienced in finance administration and are ready for your next challenge, we want to hear from you.

Toolmaker

We are seeking experienced Toolmakers/Fitter Machinists to join our Tool Maintenance Department. Our aim in this department is to deliver high quality tooling repairs and maintenance on a range of liquid silicone and thermoplastic injection moulding tools. Working closely with our Die Setters, our toolmakers are critical in delivering the exceptional product quality we pride ourselves on.
