PPCMS Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 689 941 624), its subsidiaries and affiliates in Australia (collectively referred to as ‘PPC‘ have obligations concerning the collection, use, handling and disclosure of personal information. These obligations are set out in the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).
This document sets out our policies and procedures for managing your personal information and is referred to as our Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of personal information outside Australia
In the course of doing business, we may disclose your personal information in the form of contact details to third-party recipients located outside Australia, with these third-party recipients being overseas suppliers and/or customers. It is not practicable at this stage to identify the countries in which these third-party recipients may be located.
